WIC provides free healthy foods, breastfeeding support, nutrition education and referrals to other services, for low-income families including

• Pregnant women

• Women who have delivered a child within the last six months

• Breastfeeding women who have delivered a child within the last year

• Infants and children under five years old

What to Bring to a WIC Appointment?

When you visit, please ensure that all applicants in the family, including children, are present for the appointment. You will also need to bring the following materials:

• Proof of identity

• Proof of pregnancy

• Proof of income

• Proof of residency

• Your health care referral form (if completed by your doctor or other health care provider)

• Your children's medical and vaccine records
