Government programs which are offered at your local welfare office. IRC does not provide these services but can help you apply and renew them if you are an existing IRC client.
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (NJSNAP)
The Program Offers: Food assistance to low-income individuals and families.
How to Apply: Apply online at NJSNAP or visit a local county welfare agency.
Renew: Renew every 6 months to a year, depending on your case, through the NJSNAP website or by mail.
