This program is open to all adults in Hunterdon and Somerset Counties who were not born in the United States or for whom English is a Second Language. Emphasis is on developing reading, writing, speaking, listening, and digital literacy skills necessary to function as workers, family members, and citizens. High school equivalency preparation and adult basic skills programs are also offered.
